Site Assessments:
Brazos provides site assessments of municipal, industrial and commercial sites to enable our clients to make sound decisions and aid in fullfilling innocent landowner defense criteria.
Phase I Assessments identify recognized environmental conditions (ASTM E-1527 & ASTM E-158).
Phase II Assessments characterize the site so as to qualify and quantify existing environmental problems.
Phase III Assessments provide Remediation Action Plans and Health and Safety Plans to restore the site to acceptable environmental standards.
Environmental Assessments explore and identify the environmental site conditions of a proposed facility or improvement.
Site Characterization:
Brazos offers a full range of services for geological and hydrogeologic characterization of industrial, non-hazardous and hazardous waste sites regulated under RCRA and CERCLA.
- Monitor well installation and testing.
- Planning and implementation of groundwater monitoring and soil sampling programs.
