In 1998, F&F Sales & In-Store Services, Inc. was born; developed by an aggressive, driven team of entrepreneurs. Understanding the needs of the industry, they built a service and sales staff that has the passion and dedication to provide "category dominance" to the vendors and retailers they serve.
With a combined 20+ years of invaluable sales and manufacturing experience, the partners provide a thorough understanding of both the retailer and the manufacturer. This knowledge and experience drives them to continually "expand and dominate."
The core services our sales team provides to our vendors and retailers are purchase order management and inventory maintenance, development and implementation of plan-o-grams, scheduling of print and television advertising, coordination of promotional and in-store events, detailed competitive shops, and product forecasts.
Our in-store services consist of a core team of quality, full-time professionals supported by a network of part-time associates. Some of our key in-store services are, audit shelf and over-stock inventory, stock and face products, rollout new product introductions, conduct ongoing store training for current and new products, ensure P.O.P materials are accurately set up and maintained, and communicate any store issues or concerns to management.
We pride ourselves on our products and marketing expertise with knowledge of the customer and the marketplace. Other marketing services we perform are: provide consultation on new product design, development, testing, and packaging; provide valuable consumer feedback from the field; recommend and assist in development of effective point of sale pieces, and prepare ongoing analysis of the marketplace.
