Premier Computer and Communications was founded by JD Zluticky in January of 1995. Our original name was the “PC Doctor.” The PC Doctor began as a side business performing technical support work for residential customers. Quality customer service and quality technical support were the original standards for excellence and remain so today.
In 1998, the PC Doctor began switching its clientele to business customers. In 1999 the company was incorporated as The Pacific Management Company, Inc., and began doing business as Premier Computer and Communications. In 2000, JD became the first full time employee, and in 2001 we began adding other employees.
Premier Computer and Communications is an Information Technology Managed Services Provider. We outsource a full line of IT technical support services to small and medium sized business. The majority of our customers are in the Wichita, Kansas Metropolitan Area, and we serve some branch offices in Nebraska, Missouri and Colorado. We have specialized in the remote technical support of the branch offices for several years.
Recently we made a significant investment into a Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform that has enabled us to refocus our support offerings to capitalize on technology and innovation. Utilizing this state-of-the-Art / Best-in-Class RMM platform, we offer our clients UNLIMITED technical support contracts.
We support a wide variety of small and medium sized business including Doctor’s Offices, Dentists, Law Firms, Manufacturing, Wholesale/Distributing, Automotive Body Shops, Hotels, etc.
