About Us
Resource Benefits Administrators (RBA) offers full service employee benefit consulting and administration services. We can work with you to design employee benefit plans that fit your business needs - whether your business has one employee or 5,000.
Retirement plans
We design and administer all types of retirement plans - from 401(k)'s and profit sharing plans to 403(b)'s and 457's. When you decide that a retirement plan is right for your business, we can advise you on a plan that will best meet your needs and design the optimal plan. Once your plan is designed we can administer the plan - complete and file the necessary forms, prepare the reports, maintain the recordkeeping and troubleshoot any problems along the way. We will work closely with your financial advisor to streamline communication to you and your employees about the success of your plan.
Cafeteria plans
A cafeteria plan, often referred to as a Section 125 Plan, allows your employees to put back pre-tax dollars for certain expenses defined by the IRS, such as medical expenses, dependent daycare expenses and insurance premium expenses. We can help you to implement a cafeteria plan that will benefit you and your employees.
