Youngers & Sons Mfg. Co., Inc. is a modern totally CNC manufacturer of precision machined parts and assemblies located in a rural area 15 miles southwest of Wichita. The company was established in 1973 by Gerald Youngers to produce a patented recreation industry product, and over time, welding and machining projects were secured and the company began to grow. The first piece of CNC equipment was installed in 1984, and after the installation of additional equipment and several facility expansions, the company now has a wide selection of CNC turning, milling, and grinding equipment, supplying components to original equipment manufacturers in the construction, agriculture, oil and gas, mining, and hydraulics industries. Parts and subassemblies range in size from as small as a penny on up to 1,000-lb castings. The company was approved by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Limited for ISO 9002 registration on March 26, 1998.
