Diversity Strategy
The goal of a diverse workforce cannot be met without recruitment methods that reach a wide audience. NationJob's audience is:
- 47% female
- 14% African American
- 7% Hispanic
- 3% Asian or Pacific Islander
To deliver maximum diversity, we employ an integrated strategy as follows:
Nationwide Presence
As one of the most-visited employment sites on the web, NationJob reaches a huge audience--over a million people each month. As with any sampling of such a large number of people, a significant number will be from diverse backgrounds.
Diversity Links
Most web visits are the result of links between sites. NationJob actively works to establish linking relationships with sites with a minority focus. These include associations of minority journalists and engineers, sites focused on women's issues, sites for people with disabilities, and colleges and universities with high minority student populations. The list is continually growing as we find new sites to work with (ask your NationJob representative for a listing).
