Description:
This position will provide first level technical support via the HelpDesk. Will load, verify and configure software modules. Will provide software and hardware upgrade support. Will provide on-site technical support as required. Our CSE 1s are placed on our FastTrack Training Program and have exceptional growth potential based on performance.
Requires BSEE, BSEET, BSCE or BSCS with 0 - 2 years practical hands on experience. Electric utility experience a definite plus. Best candidates will have above average troubleshooting skills and interpersonal skills. Technical aptitude a must. Prior customer service experience desirable. Some travel may be required.
