Mechanical Engineer
Job Location: Newark, DE
Summary:
Affinity Consulting Group, Inc. - A leading provider of Nationwide Direct Hire Professional level Recruiting and Staffing Services is looking for a Mechanical Engineer for one of our Full service consulting engineering clients with offices in Delaware.
Salary:
$80-100k plus Excellent Benefits package
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the development of plans and specifications.
- Experience in facilities engineering projects.
- Ability to Identify, develop and implement tools and processes to streamline current operations and analytical approaches
- AutoCAD Experienced
- Knowledge and experience with HVAC Systems Drawing and Analysis
- Knowledge and experience with Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler Design a plus
Experience with Mechanical System Design including some of the following:
HVAC Systems
- Roof top Air Conditioning Systems
- Packaged Heat Pump Systems
- Split System Cooling Systems
- Split System Heat Pump Systems
- Vertical Self Contained Air Conditioning Systems
- Water Source Heat Pumps Systems
- Variable Air Volume Systems
- Fan Coil Air Conditioning Systems
- Central Station Air Handling Systems
- Constant Temperature and Humidity System
Fire Protection Systems Site Utilities Systems
- FM-200 Systems
- Wet Systems, Dry Systems
- Preaction Systems
Plumbing Systems
- Waste and Vent Systems
- Rainwater Collection Systems
- Domestic Hot and Cold Water Systems
- Laboratory Waste Systems
Education and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent work experience
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, Ability to present to clients
- Strong communications supervisory experience.
