Description:
Affinity Consulting Group, Inc. - A leading provider of Professional and Technology Staffing Services is looking for a Project Manager for one of our clients with office located in Kansa City, MO.
Salary:
Commensurate with Experience + extensive benefits package
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Function as a member of a project management team focused on maintaining and managing project schedules
• Work with project engineers and project managers to develop work breakdown structures (WBS), proposals and project execution plans
• Develop, maintain and publish monthly reports for internal and external customers
• Work with project engineers and production management to coordinate the installation and integration of project work with production schedules
• Conduct training, as required, for new project engineers on MS Project and project planning systems
• Develop presentations regarding project schedule status for customer meetings
Skills, Experience and Education Required:
• Skills with the MS Office Suite or equivalent planning software
• Familiarity with project methodology
• Experience with MS Project
• Experience interacting with all levels of plant management
• Experience with vendor selection with a preference in machining and cold heading processes with very high rates of production
• Experience in establishing project plans and schedules and integrating supplier, vendor, and customers
