Job Summary:
Provides services in assigned practice, including patient histories and physicals, treatments, medications, surgical procedures, etc. to Affinity Health System patients, under the supervision of a licensed physician.
Job Requirements:
MS in nursing. Completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program. WI RN license. Current BLS and ACLS certification. At least 5 years nursing experience with at least one of those years functioning as a Nurse Practitioner.
