Job Summary:
Under the direction of the RN, performs patient care activities. Documents data obtained and reports all deviation from normal finding to the nurse promptly.
Job Requirements:
Certified Nursing Assistant program with WI state registry. Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diplome or GED preferred, but not required. Previous experience preferred. CPR certification within 6 months of hire.
