Job Summary:
Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant performs patient care activities. The Nursing Assistant documents data obtained and reports all deviation from normal findings to the nurse promptly.
Job Requirements:
Certified Nursing Assistant program with WI state registry. Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma preferred, but not required. Previous experience preferred. CPR certification within 6 months of hire.
