Responsibilities: Provide Program Analyst Deputy Operations/EA Admin support to the PMA-213 ELT. Primary duties to include: assisting EA with DTS support for PMA Leadership (DTS Travel Authorizations and DTS Vouchers), and providing DTS support for ELT members (DTS Travel Preparer Experience and JTR/JFTR familiarization); and being proficient in SharePoint management, configuration, and security procedures (e.g. Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)). Other areas of support to include ePower - CDRL processing (review CDRL letters, assigning PMA serial numbers, and updating route sheets); providing ELT Functional support document preparation/routing; assisting Ops with POM management; coordinating PMA-213 meetings requiring external participation; providing assistance with planning PMA-213 events throughout the year; providing support reviewing PMA-213 Travel Request Approval (Knowledge of per diem), log, and send out approved PMA-213 Travel Approvals to Level 1`s, Ops, and PMA-213 BFM`s; and supporting other PM-213 correspondence, as required (to include brainbook updates).
Education: BS or BA degree from an accredited university in a Business, Management or Relevant Technical Discipline.
Allowable Substitution: An AS or AA degree from an accredited university and an additional four (4) years of experience or an additional eight (8) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
Experience: At least eight (8) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline; and included in the eight (8) years, there must be two (2) years professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development. Demonstrated experience in the program/project status and schedules. Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, life-cycle management of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series). Must have experience processing program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs.
Other: Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance
