Job Description:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Government Contractor with an expanding C&A consulting group. We are looking for experienced C&A Analysts for Washington, DC and Columbia, MD based assignments.
The primary duties & requirements are:
Assist the C&A Program Director in managing key C&A accounts. Prepare documents for C&A packages by pre-determined deadlines. Will provide expert advice to clients regarding C&A Guidance documents. Will conduct Security Test & Evaluations (aka Security Control Assessments) including test development & Contingency Plan/Disaster recovery plan creation and testing. Will facilitate the development of, and prepare documents for, business continuity planning, risk management, and qualitative risk assessments.
2. Solid understanding of security architecture, policies, and security capabilities of major operating systems & platforms such as: Oracle; SQL, Windows Server 2000 and up, Unix Web Apps, Firewalls, Routers & Switches: configuration and test development
3. At least 3-5 years experience working in information security technology field performing the functions noted above.
4. Excellent writing and communications skills required.
5. Currently hold a Bachelor's degree and working towards CISSP certification. Active CISSP preferred.
