Join our team of expert, dedicated professionals in making tomorrow brighter for children and families. Our HR department is seeking an EXPERIENCE ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL to join their team. This position will provide support to the HR department, as well as, ensure the day-to-day operations run efficiently. Duties include: general clerical, calendar management, assist with board meeting preparations and other assigned projects, on board new hires, maintain personnel records and files, draft HR related reports, prepare new hire/benefit packets, manage scheduling for benefits orientation, create spreadsheets/presentations, prepare invoices, assist employees with first level support requests, sort and distribute mail, and in between these responsibilities answer phones and support the immediate needs of the HR team.
