What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Self-starter who can work with little or no supervision.
Public Speaking and strong telephone skills a must
Experience in high school recruiting a plus but not necessary
Strong interpersonal and sales skills
Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
Travel is required
Positive attitude and the need to help others succeed
Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
Excellent computer skills
