Fox Valley Savings Bank, your mutual community bank in the Fond du Lac, Oshkosh and Waupun area communities, has an opening for a full-time Personal Banker at our branch office in Fond du Lac, WI.
This position will play a vital role in enhancing the banking experience for customers of Fox Valley Savings Bank.
Job Summary: Serves as a sales leader within the deposit department and utilizes contact with customers and potential customers to help the bank grow by promoting products and services that the Bank has to offer and asks the customer for additional business. Uncovers the necessary information from the customer and then provides prompt, courteous and efficient service to ensure that the account relationship being established is appropriate for the customer’s needs. Complies with all regulations governing the provision of financial services. Completes transactions by performing the appropriate file maintenance and paperwork. Ensures that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Excellent customer relations demeanor; professional in appearance and in communication
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and calculating skills and ability to accurately perform data input.
- Maintain confidentiality of information
- Experience in cash handling and customer service
- Previous teller experience
- Ability to work a variable work schedule
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to view computer screen, paperwork and cash
