Requirements
5 years verifiable par fry breading departments/fully cooked experience
Position is on the second shift
Good communication skills
Be able to motivate others
Proven track record
Thorough record keeping & documentation
Job Duties for Par Fry Area Manager:
Ability to correlate with production, maintenance, Quality Assurance & USDA
Manage two par fry lines on 2nd shift
Responsible for quality, yields & cost for the shift
Ability to manage salaried & hourly employees
