High volumes have created the need to add another ED physician to the employed group of 10 for this 125 bed hospital.
AGREEMENT CONTRACT TYPE
The Emergency Department physicians are employed by the hospital.
INCOME EXPECTATION
Competitive. $270,000 potential. Incentive pay up to 10% of annual salary. Annual ETO of 28 days. Rich benefit package including retirement, health and dental insurance, relocation and much more.
SCHEDULE
The shifts are 10.5 hours long. You work 72 hours per pay period. Typically the physicians work three 12-hour shifts per pay period which equates to a full-time position.

The hospital is part of a not for profit healthcare system that consists of two hospitals. The one in Grants Pass is licensed for 125 beds and just opened in June, 2001. It is a state- of -the art facility and enjoys tremendous community support.

PRACTICEBENEFITS
This is a stable work environment with little physician and staff turnover. You work 13-14 shifts per month and are treated as a full-time exempt employee. PACs system is comingsoon. They do have the technology that allows the physicians to read scans at home andcoordinate treatment with the ED physicians on site.
