Position Description
We are currently looking to fill multiple Laborer positions located at our Shaftsbury, VT facility. Reliable transportation is required as this position has start times as early as 6:00 a.m. and candidates must be able to work flexible schedules and long hours. Candidates must be able to work outside, year round in all weather conditions.
The ideal candidate is well-rounded with construction experience in a fast-paced result driven environment, a hard worker, mechanically inclined, have experience and be comfortable working in similar manual labor industries using related tools, equipment and machinery (i.e. Construction, Maintenance, etc).

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Must be able to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and by radio.
- Working hands-on in manual labor construction environment.
- Be able to lift and carry in excess of 50lbs. Must be self motivated and task driven.
- Strong coordination, time management, active listening, oral and written expression and comprehension, critical thinking and reasoning skills.
- Willingness and comfortability working is regularly performed in outside weather conditions, including rain and extreme heat, near moving mechanical parts and occasionally exposed to cold, wet and/or humid conditions. Comforatble working at heights.
- Satisfactory completion of preemployment drug testing and applicable background check is required for this role.
- Candidate must have valid authorization to work in the United States.
- A great attitude and exceptional work ethic a must!
Work Environment
This job operates in outside / year round weather conditions in a construction setting.
