Description:
Provides skilled therapy services to proactively meet the needs of and assist the patient in the achievement of independence or attaining highest functional level.
Qualifications:
1. Graduation from an occupational therapy school accredited by the Council of Medical Education of the A.M.A. in collaboration with the American Association of Occupational Therapists and/or by the State Department of Education in the specific state where employed.
2. Registered by the Occupational Therapist Association and licensed as a Therapist in the state(s) in which he/she is required to practice if the state has registration practices.
3. A minimum of one year of acute care experience required; previous home care experience preferred.
Hiring Range:
$27.20 - $34.00
