Job Description:
HR Anew is a full service human resources management, consulting, and professional services firm headquartered in Columbia, MD. We are currently seeking a personable, creative and talented, high-energy, people-centered, full-time Sales Account Executive. This position is for an experienced, career-minded candidate with a successful background in achieving field sales goals. Under the direction of the CEO, the Sales Account Executive will build and maintain enduring relationships with new and existing customers; achieve field sales goals; and be an integral part in growing HR Anew’s government, corporate, and / or non-profit customer base. This includes offering a wide variety of human resource management, executive search, recruitment and placement, performance, and training solutions – i.e., services and products for customers.

Responsibilities also include:
  • Achieve and /or exceed sales goals and close new business.
  • Build and maintain enduring internal and external customer relationships.
  • Gain in-depth understanding of customer’s mission, strategic goals, challenges, and priorities to provide solutions aligned with the business of HR Anew.
  • Work with internal department professionals and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure viable solutions are developed to address customer challenges and priorities.
  • Market and leverage alliance relationships to ensure best value, pricing, and support for customers.
  • Work with corporate executives and management team to develop relationships with key alliance partners.
  • Use company certifications, procurement vehicles, memberships, sponsorships, social networking, virtual world, in-person events, and the Internet to support efforts.
  • Make telephone and field calls to present HR Anew’s value proposition to existing and potential customers.
  • Build customer loyalty and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support proposal, public relations, marketing, and collateral efforts.
  • Attend ongoing corporate, sales, service, product, and related training.
  • Prospect and forecast on a weekly basis to generate a pipeline of leads.
  • Measure, analyze, and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
Requirements:
  • College degree in business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 year of relevant sales experience.
  • Experience in the human resource management, executive search, recruitment and placement, and/or training industry highly desired.
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate and establish internal teams for the purpose of extracting information and executing strategy to achieve desired sales outcomes.
  • Outstanding written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
  • Role models a positive and respectful attitude and demeanor using persuasive skills with all customers.
  • Creative and innovative problem solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Competent technology skills using the Internet, social networking, virtual world, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Self-motivated, solid execution skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Able to work the hours necessary to achieve desired performance outcomes.
  • Able to travel local, regionally, and nationally as necessitated by the role and responsibilities.
  • Bilingual skills is a definite plus.
