Description:
Commercial Development Analyst, INVISTA Intermediates
Job Responsibilities:
*Distill market information and economic analysis into decision making reports / presentations
*Financial analysis and modeling
*Industry research and analysis
*Knowledge of INVISTA Intermediates’ markets, assets, businesses, R&D initiatives and competitive influences
*Ability to develop business relationships
* Structuring commercial contracts and mergers and acquisitions
*Originate new growth opportunities
*100% compliance to laws, regulations and industry standards
*Develop market points-of-view for INVISTA Intermediates products, including:
-Supply/demand models
-Global product balances and trade flows
-Margin forecasting
Qualifications:
*2+ years experience in finance and market analysis
*Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
*Able to handle multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities
*Due diligence and M&A experience
*High integrity and ethics
*Collaborative problem solving skills
*Creative and strong economic thinking
*Motivated, demonstrates sense of urgency
*Advanced level of skills in key software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
*Written and oral communication skills
*Bachelors degree
Experience, Education & Skills Preferred:
*Degree preferably in finance, accounting, chemistry, engineering or economics
*MBA
