Description
INVISTA's Performance Surfaces & Materials (PS&M) Business is currently seeking an Interactive Marketing Manager for our portfolio of brands to include STAINMASTER® Brand. Interactive marketing is very much a part of our brand strategy and is a key resource in our Marketing Services team. Our search is focused on an experienced professional to lead our interactive marketing strategy and help us advance our competitive position with our web presence, campaign planning and management and digital marketing optimization. Candidates must be creative, have initiative, and critical thinking skills with the ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously.

This position is a key part of INVISTA’s Residential Marketing team and will report to the Global Brand and Consumer Marketing Director and be responsible for helping INVISTA develop and manage our digital strategy and online presence through corporate website, promotional sites, social media, e-mail marketing and on-line advertising.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work with business teams to translate business strategy into interactive marketing strategy from concept through implementation, including: breakthrough interactive web experience that educates and engages the consumer; search engine and on-line advertising efforts, and social networking strategies to create conversations, experiences and word of mouth advocacy. Lead projects and gain consensus through experimentation and objective data gathering.

Skills Required:
• Bachelors degree with 6+ years of experience in interactive marketing planning
• Must have experience in the following:
* Internet marketing strategic planning and execution
* Website planning, design and execution
* Search engine optimization
* Social networking strategies and execution
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25%
Preferences:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing or Advertising
• MBA
