Job Description:
Louis Dreyfus Citrus Inc. of Indiantown, Florida has openings for QA Technicians who will be working under the supervision of the QA Manager and the USDA Inspector In Charge.
Candidates should have a BA or BS in Natural Sciences or equivalent experience with an emphasis on science and math, and possess good reading and writing skills. Previous experience in laboratory work in the food or beverage industry is desired. Also required is a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and experience in inventory control and lab record filling.
The successful candidates will be responsible for performing all lab secretarial duties and lab data management and sample support activity and lab support programs measuring various qualities of frozen concentrate citrus juices. Those selected must be available to work various shifts as needed.
