Landmark National Bank is seeking Training Officer to be responsible for the training of all retail banking staff, as well as develop and coordinate the Teller as a Career Program. This positions also assists the Retail Banking Coordinator with the development of retail procedures and serves as an information resource for the retail banking staff.
Essential Functions include:
- Conducts retail training of new hire program
- Conducts general bank technology training as needed
- Administers Teller Test program, including scheduling, scoring, and test revisions.
- Administers TGIMU site and BVS Performance Testing system; works with Audit/Compliance to develop new curriculum as needed.
- Assists all bank departments with training as required.
