Job Description:
Once a client becomes a customer of the Agency, the CSR becomes that customer's main contact person in the Agency. A CSR must get to know all of his/her clients and be responsible for meeting the customer's needs in a timely and friendly manner. It is the CSR's responsibility to urge the client to allow the Agency to provide all their insurance needs.
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
