We are not participating in the recession! Massage Envy, LLC, is revolutionizing the Massage Industry and has currently opened more than 500 Therapeutic Massage Clinics nationwide. Massage Envy in Greenville is searching for some extraordinary, caring, customer service SUPERSTARS for part time positions for their busy clinic.
If you are friendly, motivated, reliable and enthusiastic with an appreciation for the importance of client relations, and have a passion for working with people, providing top notch customer service then we WANT YOU!
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to "WOW" the client in a variety of situations.
EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION!!!
Duties:
- Introduce and sell the benefits of the Massage Envy Wellness Program to new and prospective clients. This is a sales position!!
- Provide excellent service to clients by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients upon arrival and processing their payments
- Assist in maintaining a professional front desk and reception area
- Create an exceptional experience for clients through friendly and helpful attitude
- Assist in administrative tasks including filing, file maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the clinic's common areas, storage and break room
Requirements:
- Exceptional listening skills and ability to think on your feet
- Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management, and clinic staff
- Must be professional, responsible and dependable
- Must be computer literate and a fast learner
- Taking initiative to help others is highly encouraged
- Able to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service
- Sales is strongly preferred
- Able to work flexible days and hours (including nights and weekends)
