Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an Established Kansas Ag Employer seeking several Custom Applicators. Primary role will be to operate liquid spray/dry fertilizer equipment during applications seasons. Additional duties to include helping out around the facility with equipment maintenance and other tasks. Equipment to be operated: a New CaseIH Sprayer, RoGators, brand-new CaseIH Airflow and several dry application machines. Ideal candidate will have a Kansas 1a Pesticide Applicator`s license or ability to obtain and will have the ability to jump into any piece of equipment and run it. QUALIFICATIONS
Employer offers a guaranteed first year salary of $58,000 plus acreage bonus and full benefits IMMEDIATELY with Vacation and Sick Time accruing from Start Date. Employer also willing to assist with relocation expense.
- Minimum 1 year custom liquid/dry application experience
- Farm/Ag background with strong attention to detail
- Kansas 1a Pesticide Applicator`s license or ability to obtain
- Experience utilizing GPS systems in sprayers or farm equipment
- CDL beneficial
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work extended hours during busy Spring and Fall applications seasons
