Vasont Systems is providing an excellent opportunity for a senior programmer with at least five years of solid development experience. We are seeking someone with a proven track record of successful project completion that has met or exceeded business objectives. The candidate must be willing to embrace a variety of technologies depending on business requirements. Candidate should have extensive experience with C# and the .NET framework and demonstrable experience working with a DBMS, preferably Oracle. Candidate should have experience in one or more of the following: XML, Java, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS. The candidate's ability to design and develop effective user interfaces will be a criterion for being hired. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are critical. Optional skills include Powerbuilder, C++, Java Swing, Java AWT and mobile application development.
