Acute Therapies - PT ..This premier hospital in Anchorage, AK seeks a PT to join their team. The therapist needs to have 2-3 years of recent experience in a DRG exempt acute inpatient rehabilitation unit that provides an intensive 3 hours/day therapy program. In addition, the therapist would be required to have
-recent experience/certification in FIM
-willing to work 1-2 weekends/month
-strong patient advocacy, family education, discharge planning and team communication skills
-strong skills with neurologically impaired patients
-eligible for AK license
The caseload for this position is mostly adult.
