Our client is a model spinal cord injury center located at main hospital center in Connecticut. The Hospital also has 4 outpatient centers. Total outpatient department - 35 employees including physical, occupational therapist, and assistant and speech language pathologist.
They are looking for an outpatient neuro physical therapist. Must have strong Neuro background with specific spinal cord experience. Will treat: head injuries, stroke, spinal cord, MS, Parkinson's, etc. Aquatic and wheelchair seating experience would be great, but is not required. Evaluations and discharges, stretches and strengthening, wheelchair, crutch and gait training, assistive devices, etc.

Great suburban location! 20 minutes to New Haven and the shore, 90 minutes to Boston and 90 minutes to New York City! 3 hours to great skiing! Excellent schools and Universities. Inservices, Continuing ed ($500 per year, plus onsite opportunities), tuition reimbursement, 21 PTO days, on site child care, medical, dental, health and vision insurance, etc. Excellent benefit packages. Monday through Friday - flexible shifts. No weekends!
