POSITION SUMMARY:
The Rehab Director is responsible for all day to day operation of the PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL, SPEECH Therapy and Audiology departments- The Manager maintains, meets or exceeds daily productivity standard while maintaining the best quality care.
In this position the Director will have responsibility over two sites, and 90 FTE's. Our rehab department consists of both inpatient and outpatient, and we are looking for a candidate with strong service line development/enhancement abilities.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in physical, occupational or speech language pathology, Master's Preferred
5 years of clinical experience with 2 years of supervisory experience
Proven oral, written, and communication skills
