Our client seeks an Occupational Therapist who could thrive in this type of environment. The weather is sometimes very harsh, but the people you meet will warm your heart and leave an impression on you like no one else can.
If you've got good communication skills, like to travel, can adapt to new situations easily, and have a few years of OT experience under your belt, then apply today! Client pays day rate and all travel expenses are paid, benefits are also available through the state. You'll have the flexibility of making your own schedule as well as designated travel days and in home office days. You can be based anywhere in AK with jet service, but Juneau or Anchorage is preferred.
Our client offers health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield at $75/month for an individual, and $150 per month for family. Work schedule is 185 days per year. All travel expenses between villages are covered. A laptop and all treatment materials are also included. A relocation package is offered and covers up to $3000 of your moving expenses. Housing in Juneau ranges from $800-1200 per month with utilities included. Alaska also boasts no state income tax!
