Description:
This position requires a detail-oriented individual whose primary responsibility is to provide extraordinary customer service
for a growing printing & marketing products distributorship. The job entails making outbound calls to existing customers and
prospects, responding to customer phone inquiries, processing orders & general office duties.
Safeguard has provided business checks, printing promotional products & corporate apparel to more than a half million
customers for over 50 years. Our distributorship has been located in the Fox Valley for 15 years. The right person for
this position is as comfortable talking to people on the phone as they are sending an email. Superior data input capabilities
with emphasis on accuracy rather than speed is a must. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is required.
Extensive training will be provided on industry specific customer management software.
Hours will be approximately 21-32 per week. The minimum days required to work are Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
Other days & times may be necessary or available if desired. There is potential for additional hours & responsibilities.
Pay is on an hourly basis to be determined by experience & qualifications. Vacation is available on a prorated basis after
6 months & our profit sharing plan is available after 1 year. Health insurance is not included.
This position is not applicable to someone looking for a transitional job while pursuing a degree.
