Job Details:

St. Jude Medical, an Abbott Labs co., located in Plymouth, MN seeks qualified Product Performance Eng II. Analyze & investigate product complaints from  fld as part of post-market surveillance requirements.  Bachelors or foreign academic equiv in Industrial Eng, Electronics Eng or closely rltd fld of study w/  min. 2 yrs of exp in: (i) identifying, analyzing, investigating, monitoring & documenting patterns & trends in post marketing surveillance data as part of  Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) system; (ii) documenting trend actions by updating trend reports at appropriate lvls & performing Health Risk  Analyses; (iii) supporting published product performance reports & customer requests for performance info; & (iv) developing test plans, procedures, justifications papers & providing engineering support for new product complaint readiness.
