Description:
- Setting up and breaking down banquet area (tables, chairs, podiums, staging, etc)
- Transport equipment as necessary (food warmers, grills, ice sculptures, etc)
- Shampoo and vacuum carpets
- Sweep, mop, wax and buff floors
- Empty trashcans and properly dispose of garbage
- Clean bar areas
- Bending, lifting and repetitive motions
- Must be able to pass lift assessment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
