The Food, Human Nutrition and Hospitality Program is within the School of Human Environmental Sciences. The School has approximately 700 undergraduate students.

Northwest Arkansas is served by Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport, linking the area to nearby international airports. Major cities located within a day’s drive of Fayetteville include: Dallas-Ft. Rank and salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Description:
Assistant Professor, Foods, Human Nutrition and Hospitality: Nine-month, tenure-track, teaching position beginning January, 2009.
Minimum Requirements:
Doctorate and RD required with specialization in food preparation and production preferred. Degree must be in hand by hire date.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant professional and teaching experience, ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary departments, and strong communication skills.
Job Duties:
Primary responsibility: Teaching undergraduate courses in foods, human nutrition and dietetics with emphasis in food preparation, production, systems management, experimental foods, and other dietetics related courses, as needed. Responsibilities also include student advising, and recruiting, participation on committees, curriculum development, and service to the people in the State of Arkansas.
