Job Title: EXECUTIVE OFFICE MANAGER/ EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Job Description: The Executive Office Manager/Executive Assistant manages relationship and work with the Board of Directors and Executive Directors office. He/ She disseminates information, manages communication with the administrative cabinet, communication between the executive directors office and staff. Develops follow-up processes for on-going work in the Executive Directors office, and directs special projects given by the Executive Director and/or Associate Executive Director. The Executive Office Manager/ Executive Assistant represents the office of the Executive Director before the public, initiates with the Executive Director meetings with other State ARCs, and carries out special and general assignments regarding preparation and development of various agency activities. This position also formulates and develops operating practices and processes, and supervises the agency mailroom and reception area. A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field is preferred. Requires at least 5 years of related experience; mastery computer skills in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and database software; strong oral and writing communication skills; ability to professionally interact with staff in all levels, effectively handle confidential information, supervise and give assignments to administrative staff.
