Job Description:
Under general supervision of a Pharmacy Manager, is responsible for directly overseeing and participating in all aspects of the hospital medication use system. Must take personal responsibility and accountability for patient medication-related outcomes. Should represent themselves, the pharmacy department, and the medical center in a positive and courteous manner, assisting all customers promptly.

Job Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively. Knowledge of state and federal laws and JCAHO. Healthcare Provider CPR required. BS Degree in Pharmacy required. Licensed as a Pharmacist in the State of Kansas. Pharm D preferred. General practice and or specialty residency training, and previous hospital experience preferred.
