Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development and support activities
- Support to Production environment for Order Management, Oracle shipping, Workflow, in 11.5.9.
- Developing processes & strategies for Testing for Releases & Production fixes.
- Worked on integration with the UPS and FedEx software with Oracle applications.
- Prepare the documentation for new requirements, testing and user Manuals.
- Resolution of the production issues for the US based plants as well as the distribution center in Europe.
- Provide a complete support for the supply chain and manufacturing modules.
