Job Location: Dayton, Ohio Shift:
6 Months Contract to hire - (Client is offering to pay H1B expenses)
Job Summary:
Client will cover any expenses associated with an H1 transfer, and will provide the legal resources also. In addition, they will provide financial assistance with any charges associated with obtaining a green card. These items are in addition to their normal benefits which include medical, dental, vision, tuition assistance, etc. They also provide profit sharing and matching funds (up 5%) for 401K.
Primary Duties:
Provide day to day support for the user community on all Oracle applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve any problems within the Oracle ERP system.
Provide limited support for multiple third party applications associated with the Oracle ERP system
Business analysis and process design for business applications.
Support interfaces between 3rd party applications and Oracle 11i.
Open and track TARs with Metalink
3-5 years of experience with Oracle Applications Support and Implementations (OM, General Ledger, Receivables, Payables, Purchasing, and Fixed Assets)
Able to understand business requirements, and translate those into business solutions.
Provide interface with, and management of, off shore support and development resources.
Monitor and administer Clients automated call logging and tracking system.
Position Requirements:
BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent with strong educational background
5+ years of applications support
Must be very knowledgeable and experienced in underlying software architectures and tools
Strong interpersonal, communication and client-facing skills.
Participate as a member of a team-based environment.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to work successfully with little or no supervision.
Ability to work closely with users, cross-functional teams and external vendors
