Goal Contribution: Balance enterprise capability with business needs in support and providing solutions that add value to existing and new business processes. Build centers of excellence to be best-in-class as we plan, build and run 3PL management applications and solutions.
Purpose: Responsible for providing comprehensive support for network, standard business applications, and EDI systems required to enable business objectives. Responsible for overall application health monitoring, assessments and improvement. As you progress, responsible for designing, implementing and supporting applications, systems and IT products required to enable business objectives.
Responsibilities: Manage, support and troubleshoot the existing NT networks in place at all locations and their WAN links to the central processing facility in Columbus.
Provide technical leadership to all maintenance and support activities related to EDI systems. Responsible for maintaining and adding new business partners and for the maintenance and development of EDI application integration with WMS systems.
24x7x365 secure, cost-efficient and reliable application support for organization that leverages collective resources and capabilities to maintain and support applications.
Provide maintenance and minor enhancements for applications for on-going supportability, stability, and enabling business functions.
Help manage demand for enhancements & support work.
