This position is a 6 month contract position. It could eventually lead to a permanent position with the client (but a permanent position is not open at this time)
Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst/Project Manager to lead a series of initiatives. This candidate will perform a Business Analyst role to identify all the requirements, use cases, functional specifications, test cases, etc for these initiatives. This person may fill a portion of the Project Management role for these initiatives as well.
Development experience is a big plus, Project Analysis, and BA analysis over/using 3rd Party Software
Preferably 3+ years experience as a BA on multiple projects Comfortable communicating with individuals at various levels within the company
Experience delivering "on time" work
Eligibility Requirements:
Successful candidate must have adequate Business Analyst experience.
Education Level:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience

Must have some experience with the following:
Experience working with multiple clients to learn existing processes and applications.
Experience working with professionals in IT to capture requirements the business might not be familiar with.

Form documents exist that will be used. The successful candidate must be able to work with an existing Business Analyst and quickly adapt to these forms.

Experience delivering "on time" work
Technologies:
Software engineering/application development experience with object-orient analysis and development.
Full Life-cycle development experience in implementing client/server applications.
Microsoft .NET 1.1 specifically C#
ASP.NET and Web Services (including performance tuning and problem diagnosis)
Relational Database Design and programming experience with SQL Server. Oracle 9i experience is a strong plus.
Design and development of XML Web Services, including understanding of XML Schema, XPATH
T-SQL (PL/SQL for Oracle a plus)
