Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience working with clients in residential setting; HS/GED; ability to work in fast-paced environment; current Florida drivers license; ability to pass background screening.
Description: Provide daily routine care & direct supervision of clients insuring safety of all residents, model appropriate behavior & compliance with program rules. Assist with mealtime preparation & facilitation of house meetings. Complete support documentation for assigned clients. Utilize crisis intervention techniques to assist with de-escalation of situations, as needed.
