Job Qualification:

The company, a small Tampa Bay manufacturer, is known for the quality of its products. During the last 5 years it has focused it efforts on the indoor tanning industry with particular expertise in sunless tanning. The company has moved rapidly away from the B2B telemarketing approach of this period and to refocus its efforts to its historical roots of skin care while expanding its position in the tanning industry. The Sales Manager will play a key role in this process.
REQUIREMENTS:
High level of ethics. Proven record of success in sales and marketing. Ideally 5+ years of consumer sales and marketing experience. Some skin care or cosmetics experience would be beneficial. Communication and people skills with the ability to hold an audience with style and substance. Hands-on multi-tasker. Computer savvy. At least a BA Degree.
Base compensation will be commensurate with experience level with significant commission and profit sharing upside.
Job Description:
Primary responsibility will be to utilize 20+ years of company experience in developing and manufacturing skin care products to build a vibrant sales program in innovative skin care products. Calling directly on B2B accounts in the tanning and skin care industries; setting up and managing distributor network, and daily management of the sales/marketing cycle. Will oversee sales and advertising budgets, set performance goals, perform monthly review of goals and contribute to corporate development and strategic planning.
