• Create new controls drawings and/or revise existing controls drawings per engineering or customer comments.
• Create bill of material for control panel and/or revise existing bill of material for control panel per engineering, customer or shop changes.
• Create and/or revise all shop drawings necessary to complete controls portion of job.
• Back-check P&ID and Spec sheets to see that all items are included on both sets of documents.
• Create any necessary transmittal's to issue drawings and bill of material to customer and/or shop.
Requirements:
• Five years design drafting related to products/projects for the refining, chemical and petrochemical industries. Experience and competency in various Cad systems (AutoCad and 3D software) is required.
• Seven years drafting for combustion products related to JZ's business (burners, flares, thermal oxidizers, etc).
• Experience and competency in various Cad systems (AutoCad and 3D software such as Cadworks) is preferred.
• Associate degree in Drafting Design, Engineering Design or equivalent experience is required.
