Description:
Project Management of wells and facility construction. This position ensures proper planning and design to meet company, regulatory and budgetary performance measures. Responsible for meeting and exceeding timeline, budget, and completeness of expectations for supervision on construction projects related to new well drilling and well hook-up, water management and related facilities construction.
In field supervision and direction of contract construction company's personnel and consultants.
Accountable and responsible for planning and ensuring proper design is constructed; responsible to relate recommendations for design change to the district manager. Position is responsible for:
• Capitol project management
• Production goals
• Post Construction Inspection
• Fiscal management
• Mitigation skills
• Adherence to federal and state regulations
• Communication with facilities, engineering, and production operations
• Archeological and historic site protection
• Prioritize and delegation, team work and supervision of employees
Requirements:
• 5 years or greater in field construction and operation experience
• Experience in directing, coordinating and communicating multiple projects over large geographic areas
• Regulatory understanding, application, mitigation skills and experience
• Must demonstrate skills to develop personal as well as professional relationships with regulators and landowners
• Knowledge of rights-of-way, pipelines, reservoirs, electrical, mechanical, permitting, reporting and compliance requirements + years experience
• Strong communication skills
• Proven supervisory skills and the ability to influence outside of formal span of control.
• Production/Operations experience and/or Industry Knowledge
• Industry-typical software skills
Education Level
High School Graduate or Equivalent
Relocation Information
Williams Corporation will not pay relocation costs for this position.
Travel Percentage
26 - 50 %
